Payments & Cancellations
No reservation is confirmed without proof of the 50% deposit. As soon as proof of payment has been received, Management will issue a reservation number used for further correspondence and checking in purposes.
Cancellation more than 30 days prior to visit - fee waived
Cancellations between 30 and 15 days prior to visit forfeit 50% of booking value payable
Cancellations between 14 and 1 day prior to the visit forfeit 100% of booking value payable
For non arrival or no show 100% of booking value payable
Arrival Times :
Arrival times are between 14:00 - 18:00. Any arrival after 18:00 needs to be confirmed with management.
Check out time is strictly by 10:00. Approved check out after 10:00 is strictly subject to availability
